The value for money at Santa Prisca was exceptional, with spacious rooms and a beautiful courtyard setting. The location was excellent, right in the main plaza but away from street noise, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.

Charming old fashioned Hotel
During our recent stay at this charming, simple hotel, we were delighted by the lovely patio where we could gather for our art/craft/beading meetings and Show and Tell. The location was superb and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Taxco and staying at Santa Prisca again. highly recommended.

Convenient location: the hotel was ideally situated, just a short walk from the main attractions in the city. This made it easy for us to explore and saved us money on transportation. Cozy atmosphere: the hotel had a charming courtyard filled with beautiful plants, creating a peaceful and inviting ambiance. It was a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. - Clean and comfortable rooms: the rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the attention to detail. It was a comfortable place to rest and unwind.
No internet in the rooms: One downside was that there was no internet access in the rooms. It would have been more convenient if we could connect to the internet from the comfort of our rooms.

Stayed here for xmas. Two complementary facts offered were appreciated. Key location in the center of the town which is a plus, making everything from shopping to eating out very convenient. the plus of staying in the center of the town is that most things were just a short walking distance away.
The facilities were substandard. the bed was uncomfortable, and the linen was itchy and scratchy.

The hotel had a decent view and was located in a nice area to walk around. Also, the staff provided us with complimentary drinks and cookies on Christmas Eve, which was a nice touch. In addition, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
We could hear everything that was happening in the hallway and outside of our room. Additionally, the walls were very thin and we could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms.
